Shipping policy

While we always do our very best to process and ship orders withing 24-48 hours. Sometimes high volume can extend processing time up to one week.

Our preferred shipping method is UPS. UPS insures all packages, Damage or Loss must be directed to UPS Claims department.

Shipping to PO Boxes is accommodated by Canada Post/USPS. Canada Post Insures all packages up to $100(CAD) Damage or Loss must be directed to their claims department.
